RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our policy is valid for 14 days. Should 14 days elapse since receiving the items, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange. A return can be requested within 14 days after receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs and taxes when returning the item. Be aware that the 14-day return policy does not apply to unique two-color custom BMW badges. These made-to-order badges are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that returns are also not acceptable for sets with badges for BMW models featuring custom-shaped badges, as they are individually printed and painted for each customer. Sales items, including those with discounts, are also not eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a return, the standard glossy black badge must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Additionally, we require proof of purchase or a receipt from us to process your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and looked at, we will send you an email or message via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also be notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refunded item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be returned to its original payment method within a couple days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rigakit is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If you did not get a shipment that was confirmed to be delivered successfully, you must register a claim with the delivery carrier. When packages are dispatched and delivered, we send tracking information. Please make every effort to receive your package as soon as feasible. The decision to submit a claim with the mail carrier is ultimately yours. Rigakit is powerless to intervene in this circumstance and will not issue a refund or resend the missing/stolen goods.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items can only be refunded, and not items that were on sale during a purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged when you had got them. If you need to exchange it for the same item you had initially purchased, send us an email at support@rigakit.com and send your item back to: SIA RIGAKIT, Vilipa iela 8-28, Riga, LV-1083, Latvia

Backordered Items

If your order is backordered, we will tell you. If you wish to cancel this item, please send an email to support@rigakit.com.

Shipping

To return your product, send your product to: SIA RIGAKIT, Vilipa iela 8-28, Riga, LV-1083, Latvia

You will be held responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your items back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Also depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to get to you, may vary.

If you are going to ship an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we have received your item.
